Privacy Policy and Terms of Use Overview This Survivor Profiler was developed by TalentMine, a Nebraska-based company and leader in the field of strengths measurement. TalentMine helps companies around the world with strengths analysis, reporting, management and development to enable people to put their individual and collective strengths to work. Data Collection TalentMine does not automatically collect any personal information or data that can identify you without your having prepared and submitted it. Automatic data collection is used for standard Web site logging and reporting. Such information includes IP Address of the domain from which you access the Internet and the Operating System and Browser Type that you use. What TalentMine Does with Collected Data Once your data is collected, the information is stored in our database and is used only to prepare your Survivor Profile and to help improve our understanding of survivor strengths. If you would like to have your personal information removed from our database, please contact info@talentmine.com with a detailed message which includes your Username, Password, Name, and Address. This information will be used to verify the validity of your request. The information will be removed within 5 to 10 business days. What TalentMine DOES NOT DO with Collected Data We do not release any of your information for any purpose other than its intended use. Ben Sherwood and The Survivors Club do not share the personal information collected online. The California "Shine the Light" Act, (SB 27), codified at Cal. Civ. Code 1798.83 therefore does not apply to the information gathered. Maintenance of Data and Passwords For our Web systems where you have a user account, you will always have access to your information to update and maintain your profile. It is solely your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your password. If you believe your password has been compromised, please contact Customer Service at info@talentmine.com Use of Cookies The TalentMine Web systems may use one or more of the following types of cookies: 1. Application Session Our Application Session Cookie is kept in memory and is deleted upon the end of each session. It is used to enable you to view any information that you have entered. This cookie does not collect any personal information that can identify you. 2. Persistent A Persistent Cookie may be stored on your hard drive and has an expiration time of 20 minutes to 3 hours. This cookie contains information about the Web server to which you last connected. This helps us load balance your connection to the appropriate Web server to ensure smooth navigation throughout your visit. TalentMine will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password, either with or without your knowledge. You could be held liable for losses incurred by TalentMine or another party due to someone else using your password. You may not use anyone else’s password at any time. TalentMine is not responsible for data that is lost or altered. The Survivors Club book do not survive any specific challenges or adversities. The content in your Profiler Report and The Survivors Club book are for informational purposes only. TalentMine and The Survivors Club do not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
